Deer Creek Lending is a wholly owned subdivision of DCH Inc. a wholly owned subdivision of the Santa Ysabel Economic Development Corporation, a federally chartered Tribal business corporation organized under 25 U.S.C § 5124, a sovereign economic arm, enterprise and instrumentality of, and created under the laws and for the benefit of, the Iipay Nation of Santa Ysabel, a federally recognized sovereign American Indian tribe in California, which abides by the principles of federal consumer finance laws, as incorporated under the laws of the Tribe.
